Jon was very efficient. Able to locate the issue & resolve it. Answered all my questions, was very polite & treated me with respect. I was not happy that it took 2 phone calls & 1-1/2 hours to get a call back to schedule my service.

Both installers were exceptionally polite, hard working and upfront about the progress of the installation and timeframe. They were flexible in that they installed my air conditioner before my heater, so that I could have air conditioning that evening. John frequently showed me what he was doing and repeatedly made sure he answered any questions I had. They cleaned up all their debris. John made sure the WiFi app for my thermostat was set up and working. I felt very comfortable while they were working in my home.
