Ming was meticulous and very thoughtful in his approach to the work. A section of drywall had to be removed as a part of the service and he ensured the parts could be cleanly inserted for the drywall repair. Went the extra mile to ensure brick work was attended to as part of the duct and vent service. He carefully and simply explained the completed aspects of his work.

The guys came and immediately got down to work, lifting the A/C unit over a wall, disassembling the furnace, setting up new equipment, etc. They even worked through their usual lunch hour to get everything done (I brought them some snacks) — something like 5 hours of steady movement, cheerful throughout. Cleaned up inside and out when done, were able to accept payment on a phone, all smooth. Great service!
